If you have a query regarding a medical matter please complete an online consultation which will be viewed by an experienced member of our clinical team and we will contact you to resolve your concern or offer an appropriate appointment.

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. Where this is the case, we aim to resolve the matter both promptly and amicably.
