Authorised prescription requests will be dealt with as soon as possible. Please be aware we are currently dealing with a larger volume of requests at this COVID Pandemic so may take longer than usual. Please always allow 2- 3 working days.
Patients are asked to make certain they tick the medication they require on the request form, insert the date, and sign the form and place it in the surgery letter box. As we have recently changed clinical systems you will need to register with either Patient Access (click on link above to either register for the new online services or log in, once you have completed that registration) or download the NHS App to request prescriptions online.
Please note we require you to mark a pharmacist on your request so that the prescription can be sent to them directly to avoid unnecessary visits to the surgery. We thank you for your co-operation.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate telephone appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow 2-3 full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
